UAB “Synprompt” is registered under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, with registration number 307625751 and registered office at Kauno g. 32B-48, LT-03202 Vilnius, Lithuania.

By accessing or using our website or services (the “Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

1. Description of the Service

UAB “Synprompt” specializes in prompt engineering for generative artificial intelligence. We design, test, and deliver optimized prompts to enhance the performance, accuracy, and creative output of AI systems, including language models, image generators, and multimodal platforms. These services are delivered via the website to help users interact more effectively with AI technologies.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved by us and our licensors.

Any software accessed through the website remains the intellectual property of the Company or its partners and is protected under copyright and other relevant laws. You may only use it for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise authorized.

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

6. Purchases and Payments

When you register, you will have access to an account that can be funded using a credit or debit card. All payments are securely processed by third-party providers certified to comply with PCI standards. We do not access, store, or handle any of your payment details. The applicable fee for your selected service will be deducted from your account as a one-time charge. All prices displayed include any applicable taxes.

When you make a Purchase through our Website, you may be required to provide certain information, such as your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and other relevant details.

By completing a Purchase, you confirm and agree that: (i) you are legally authorized to use the designated credit card or payment method; and (ii) all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

We rely on trusted third-party services to facilitate payments and process your transactions. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to share this data with these third parties strictly for payment processing purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, situations involving product or service availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, issues identified with your order, or other legitimate business reasons.

Additionally, we may cancel your order if we suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorized transactions, or any violation of applicable laws or these Terms.

7. Delivery of Digital Products

All products sold on the platform are digital downloads.

After successful payment:

• Purchased prompts will be available in your account;
• Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 3 business days due to payment processing.

Because our products are digital:

• Access may be revoked if fraud or chargebacks occur;
• We may update or remove content from the catalog at any time.

However, previously purchased items will generally remain available in your account.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be issued only in the following circumstances:

• Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions;
• Technical errors preventing delivery;
• Duplicate charges;
• Legal requirements under applicable consumer protection laws.

All refund decisions are made at our reasonable discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service – including but not limited to AI models, algorithms, software, and website content – are owned by or licensed to UAB “Synprompt”. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal or commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Any content you generate using the Service is based on inputs you provide. You retain ownership of the final generated content, provided that your use of the Service remains in full compliance with these Terms. Violation of these Terms may result in the revocation of your rights to such content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UAB “Synprompt” shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages;
• Loss of profits, business, or data;
• Issues caused by third-party services or AI models;
• Unauthorized access to user accounts;
• Content generated using purchased prompts.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the greater of:

• The amount paid by you to us in the 6 months preceding the claim, or
• Two hundred euros (200 EUR).

Some jurisdictions may not allow liability limitations, so parts of this section may not apply.

11. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate accounts if users:

• Violate these Terms;
• Engage in fraudulent activity;
• Abuse the website.

Termination may result in loss of access to stored content.

12. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate or link to third-party services such as:

• Payment providers;
• AI platforms;
• analytics tools.

We are not responsible for third-party services or their policies.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
